We help our customers define and execute strategies that are customized to their organization, infused with best practice and aligned to specific business and performance outcomes. We assess areas of investment in the following fashion:
- Appropriateness. Will the solution help close the performance gap? Will it respond to near-term client demand with a high probability of leading to desired outcomes?
- Economics. Does the cost of the intervention reflect the cost of the performance problem?
- Feasibility. Do the capability, resources and timeline involved make this solution practical or possible? What will need to be different?
- Organizational Acceptability. Is the solution culturally acceptable? What could cause the idea to be rejected? Are interventions available to minimize this risk?
- End User Acceptability. Is this a solution that the targeted performer and sponsor groups will adopt within the defined business parameters?
- Measurability. Does the solution have a defined outcome or benefit?
