A Proven Approach

The ACS methodology is comprised of three stages to deliver successful transformation of your learning operations:

Analysis: The Analysis phase is a two-step process. Due Diligence gathers relevant data rapidly, confirms scope, finalizes the statement of work (SOW) and develops final pricing (subject to the Strategic Assessment). The Strategic Assessment performs a “deep dive” review of the current state of each process area that is in scope, defines in sufficient detail the required future state and develops the implementation plan and business case.

Implementation: The Implementation step is about transforming (redesigning and/or installing best-practice processes and technology and the required people resources to deliver the in-scope services) and transitioning management and executing responsibility and accountability for in-scope processes and services to ACS. Transition occurs as each process is transformed so that realization of value is accelerated.

Operations and Continuous Improvement: ACS begins full-scale operation of in-scope services in this step with an ongoing commitment to continually improve all aspects of operations.
